Chapters

Is version 2 like version 1 in not retaining chapter marks when adding a title from an old dvd? I actually haven't needed to care about chapters much, but for some shows I may want chapter marks and I can't remember if there is a way to manually add them. Only way I recall is t auto create them every x minutes.

There is the option to import the source files chapters or to create every X minutes or to create them manually at the times you want.
