If your source file has already both subtitles mixed into one stream (normal and forced) then our software cannot know which one is the forced and only convert the forced.
What format is your source file?
Blu-ray rip in mp4 and subs forced inside normal subs

Hello mallo,
Like mp4 format will merge/incrust subtitles in video, you must unselect all subtitle tracks before starting the conversion.
If no subtitle track is selected, the forced subtitle option will be used and only forced subtitles will be merged in converted video...
