DVD shows up as 59.94fps

Hi,
I imported DVD structure of movie Mortal Kombat 2 and it shows up as 59.94fps in the main window ?
There was a bonus video also on the dvd and that shows up as 29.97fps. I checked the video track in MediaInfo and it said the video was 23.976 fps.
I am using the 2.0.0.8 beta.
PS I haven't converted it yet .. so is it just displaying incorrectly?
