Problem with downloading from VOX (German)

the link

plays the video "Ab Ins Beet" (from the German TV channel VOX) (writes 3 chapters (German: "Kapitel")) and

VSO Downloader (5.0.0.39) detects the first 2 promotions (and saves them correctly), then 4 streams will be open - the first finishes with an error after a few seconds and the others are "downloading" forever (finally with 0 bytes on destination (sub) folders). When the streams are detected I press right click to save them (which I do in the first seconds). I'd also set "automatically" - same result.

I've also set to convert to MP4/H264.

I also don't understand when the correct video starts - 4 download streams will be generated (and not one) - however.

Enclosed you can find a screen shot (with the correct video behind) and VSO Downloader with the 2 promotions on top, 1 download error, and 3 outstanding downloads which never write a byte on harddisc.

as reported in the log this protocol is not yet supported:
HTTP status error, will be restarted: 503 -> Backend fetch failed

it should be in a few weeks.
