Very Slow Conversion Time

Hi guys having trouble with conversion it is so slow only 12 fps for 44 minute tv episode of supergirl

Do you have the possibility to enable any hardware optimisations?

okay tested it got 40 fps on the first episode but when i converted the second episode dropped to 18 fps i think it is a bug in the program

First episode is lower quality and you convert to lower quality, rest are better and converted to better quality so conversion time changes a lot after first episode.

First episode

yes that could be the reason 1 episode is in 720P the others 1080P
