DVD Ultimate 4.0 or other products of VSO, no Audio at all
when trying backup my video files from DVDs, shows no audio file at all or it plays any audio
Frustrated......

Can you try with 4.0.0.13?
Can you post your log file here, you will find those here
C:\ProgramData\VSO\Blu-ray Converter Ultimate\4\Log
or
C:\ProgramData\VSO\DVD Converter Ultimate\4\Log
and also tell us the name of the movies you've had this problem with?
