Control sliders

I just added your media player to my set of VSO software, and ran into a problem: the sliders for runtime positioning (under the movie window) and volume control seem to be just about 2 or 3 pixels in height in almost all skins (I use Graphite/Office 2007 black). So setting/adjusting these sliders is like pixel hunting. Can I change this by myself?
