Device capture doesn't work with Webcam or internal Mic.

- This is what is shown.
Not sure who makes the webcam in my ASUS ROG STRIX GL702VM but the webcam does not work. The ability to select audio capture shows nothing in the list. The sound chip is Realtek HD Audio.
Sytems specs are
Intel i7-6700HQ
16 Gigs DDR4
Nvidia 1060 GPU w/6 Gigs DDR5 Vram
Windows 10 Pro.

This feature never worked as it should. VSO should have scraped the capture feature ages ago. I remember discussing this with Cedric.
