Get older version to download

I am trying to get the V5 of Downloader to match my license key.
Product: Downloader Ultimate 5
Order ID: '42634059__0__0'
This is version new-version-5-beta-t1896 and also included updates up to Oct 2016.

I am now only able to download 50% of the captured files.

The only one I can find is the latest version.
Even when I find an earlier version and click onto the link to download, it always ends up at the 2017 version 5.0.1.20.

Does anybody have a copy of the latest version prior to Oct 2016?

As of today it seems you are entitled to use the latest version of VSO Downloader. If you still have a problem please contact VSO directly
