I uploaded it there (it's unlisted publicly but you don't need a password or anything to view it.)

Some info here. The source files are quite large - over a GB each. They were download using Audials One 2017 program from Netflix (they are for me only of course.)

In this case, six episode, to be encoded onto a dual layer disk.

Plain menu ("text only")

The project name is the name of the first file. I change it to the name of the show, but preview shows the name of the file still. Even after saving the project name, it still does not change.

Hi Claire,

You know what I was thinking when I play with these two programs. I think they are great - they work with pretty much any files I have thrown into it, (your programs are the only ones out there that can import FLV files from CrunchyRoll) and subtitles in any format, too.

Each produces beautiful, smooth output (files / DVD and blu ray).

Cyberlink PowerDirector can't work with any subtitle except the very basic, and it's so bloated. While Nero Video works well, it is too "basic" (I still haven't been able to figure out how to change the default sound to English - nor could I figure out how to import even SRT subtitle file.)

Your company responds quickly to bug reports and suggestions. I realize these programs are very complex - so many settings (that I love to play with and burn the files onto BD RW / DVD RW for testing).

But I think that Convert X to HD, Blu ray converter and DVD converter are subset of these two major programs. I was thinking that if VSO continues to update these two (along with other minor programs that do something else, like file player, and downloader), and put CXTHD / BR and DVD converters to the back burner, the resources and attention can be fully devoted to them.

If I were a new customer, I think I would be confuse a little about the choices that I am offered. In fact, I bought (many years ago) DVD converter (instead of CXD 4) and you very kindly upgraded it.

I hope this doesn't upset anyone at VSO? But what do you think?
