Cant register the newer version of VSO downloader

i purchaced the VSO downloader a couple of years ago, about last month i downloaded the latest version. For some reason i cant register the new updated version, and the trial version has limits. HELP

Hello,
You have a license of the V4 to get a license of the V5 you need to use this page:

i have tried that and it says, "No record found for this email address." Does that mean i should just download the older VSO Downloader?

if you use your email address which you have associated with your forum account you are found in our database if you want to use version 5 you would need to renew you license
and you can do so here

I tested and the record is found, it returns:
You can no longer get free update. Renew with 30% off or get your old version.
You have a license for the V4 if you want to upgrade to the V5 you need to upgrade your license from:
http://www.vso-software.fr/upgrade.php
