Cant Change Video Bitrate

There appears to be a bug at the moment where you cant change the video bitrtate in the advance editing window option

I can't reproduce your issue, are you using smart copy?

I am seeing the same thing. Seems to be dependent on the General setting Target Size/ quality. Changing the bitrate in Advanced Edit has no effect if in Advanced Edit No size limit, use quality factor is used.

What output profile are you using?
What sort of input file are you using?
