Hi...I was running version 7.0.0.36 and, over the last several months, I've tried to update to the latest build. Any version that I've tried after 7.0.0.36 gives me an Access violation from ConvertXtoDVD.exe. I never even see the splash screen. I saw a suggestion to check the 3 boxes that would clean the registry settings, etc. But when I tried to install the latest build it still throws the Access Violation error. I'm back to 7.0.0.36 now.

Any suggestions? TIA.

Please post your hardware specs. It would perhaps help.
