Error at opening

For some reason when I open VSO Video Converter, I get this error

vsoVideoConverter.exe - Bad Image

C:\Program Files\Intel\Media SDK\libmfxhw32.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000012f.

After I then click OK, that part closes and a few seconds later Video Converter opens and works fine. Any ideas?
