missing first 5 sec of menu video

Hi, noticed a problem this morning. After conversion the menu is skipping first 5 seconds of video while the audio is alright, playing from the start. This gives an unsynchronised menu... All the settings are exactly the same as always ( previously was alright) I tried to reinstall cx2d but no luck.
Anyone had the same problem in the past?

both video and audio are set to start in the same moment, the preview shows its all fine but after conversion there is no synchro
