version 7.0.0.56 crash on exit on Win7 x64

Hello guys,
I have still Win7 x64 in use and purchased the old ConvertXtoDVD version 5, which I was quite happy with, now updated to 7.0.0.56 with cleaning registry and anything (offered by installer).
While using it itself is just fine, it crashes on exit, causing access violation in convertxdvd.exe for some reason.
I thought, my usage of AnyDVD on the same PC would be the cause, but even w/o AnyDVD it still crashes on exit. So this can't be the cause. BTW, the old version 5 doesn't crash. Wtf?
Daemon Tools I use cannot be the cause too, I think...
Any ideas? PLZ fix it in next ver.
