I have a 1280*720 video (no black bars) that I want to output at half the size i.e. 640*360 (no black bars).
Been playing around with the values in the Video fit method menu but can't get it to work.
Suggestions?

Re: Video fit method
OK, if perfect scaling is not possible what values/settings do I use to get somewhere near?
The problem I have right now is that when I pad the black bars remain no matter what.

Re: Video fit method
You should try resolutions that are multiples of 16, 360 is not, and pads are added.

Re: Video fit method
So there is no way to reduce the resolution and get rid of the black bars?
Re: Video fit method
No easy way and there is no use for non-standard file, it will always have black bars when playing on anything else than computer.

Re: Video fit method
The target device in this case is the computer.
But it's all right, I found a web based service that did what I was looking for and the video was converted in a matter of seconds.
