wont load files and freezes program

wont load files, it just freezes. add a 1.5 gig avi file and it takes 25 min. to analyse, and pre load file then when it gets to loading file it just sets there, even if i use a small file like 30meg it still does it. ive tried it several times and you cant cancel it either, you have to end task on computer. had problem with last verson like 4 days ago sent in a support tool and you said to update to 7.0.0.57 and it does the same thing. when i installed the latest version i checked all the boxes to clean everything before install. ive had this software for a long time now and i love it, its the best out there.
