Conversion failing due to Virtual Memory Maxing out

Hi,
I have 20 bluray compliant m2ts files that I am trying to build a bluray folder structure from. ConvertxtoHD proceeds to reMUX each file however when it gets to file 14 I get an error message and I see a message next to the remaining items in the queue saying "not enough memory".
I'm running a machine with 8GB RAM. I have previously built a bluray folder structure using bluray compliant m2ts files for a different project (23GB) and it builds successfully.
The project I am working on now keeps failing. The log suggests not enough virtual memory is available as only 4GB is available at the beginning. I've attached a log file.
Please can you help.
