Does the sound normalise option only normalise episode volumes or does it also include the audio track played before a selection is made ?

Would be good if it did both

I never use normalisation, so I can't tell you.
You just have to wait for somebody to reply to your query. There are no VSO staff to answer queries like before.

Really, no VSO staff

Going to be very painful now getting a detailed reply....

Maybe need to look at a different software..

Hardly any software company keeps staff to reply to forum members.
VSO has been an exception.
There I s no harm in exploring other similar software. Yet I'm sure that no other software is easy to use with advanced option as ConvertXtoDVD.
