It can't Load System fonts at Windows 10 1809

Some system fonts can't be used with ConvertXtoVideo Ultimate 2 (2.0.0.93 )at Windows 10 1809.
And it can't select outside fonts when loaded fonts form ttf files !!
Maybe the UI too old to run at windows 10 ?
It loaded fonts form ttf files
where is the font ??
