New Nvidia Drivers Break Conversion

I have tried the top 3 releases of the 400 series Nvidia drivers and they all cause CXtV to ouput audio only files. I then went back to release 391 and it works fine.

Still an issue with driver 416.94 and version 2.0.0.88 of ConvertXtoVideo. Winded up downloading and installing the 93 beta version of ConvertXtoVideo and it is now working. I have a 980ti btw. Sad they haven't released an official update since February.
