Feature request - External muxer

Hello to all,
Is it possible that ConvertxToHD gets support for a external muxer like TsMuxer ?
I am using it for years now and never ever failed me.
If I am correct it accepts cmd commands.
Would be a great addition to the program.
Offcourse users have to have TsMuxer installed on their computer.
Please.....
