patin-couffin does not install as administrator

patin-couffin does not install as administrator

Just downloaded and ran v2.0.0.88 to upgrade v2.0.0.83 AS ADMINSTRATOR. Software says that to install patin-couffin driver, I need to run install program as administrator! How am I supposed to achieve this?
