VSO Software Forum

My hard drive died so I've had to install everything again from scratch (documents were backed up of course!!)

Got the latest windows 10 home, got VSO Downloader Version 5.0.1.56 - installed but it won't run, saying it's missing MSVCR100.dll and suggests reinstalling.

Any idea where I can get this file from? I'm guessing its MS Visual C Runtime but just randomly searching for that will probably lead to loads of trojans!

Any help appreciated

Thanks for the pointer. The actual file link has been removed from that page, but after more searching I found the official Microsoft site for such things

It seems regardless of whether you have 32 or 64 bit windows, for the VSO Downloader you need the 32 bit version.
