Progression Bar Not Working on V. 7.0.0.65

It appears to me that the progression bar while converting is not working.
OS. Win 10
Can somebody try to reproduce and confirm please ?

Hello,
And when is version 7.0.0.66 beta going to be posted here? Only see 7.0.0.65 version at the moment.
Nice to see VSO posting betas again at all actually...
