Error fix #0013479

A while back there was a some time error about inserting a disk. It was fixed with the case # 0013479.
I would like to know what exactly what was causing the error if possible as I now have another program which gives me the exact same error message.
The tech support of the other program is having problems figuring it out and I think that the error message is being caused by the same problem which you found and fixed.

If you read some other posts you will realise that all the staff that was working on ConverXtoDVD has long left VSO. I don't think that the present staff can answer your question, unfortunately.
