Could you please ask Jacques to please make the 64bit program versions he's working on Processor Group Aware, so that high performance multi-core and/or multi-processor machines can use all their cores, rather than be limited to 1 group, as your current programs are.

The new 64bit structure will have detached executable for each conversion encoding. Each will use its own group. However, it will depend on wanted output and hardware/software encoding. Group repartition should improve the process.

That is (effectively) the way it works now with 32 bit (if you start more than one instance of the executable).
But running multiple instances of the same executable is not the fastest way with multiple groups available (from what I've seen in Handbrake)
It would be much faster for true workstations if the 64bit executable were to use all available groups for each conversion, rather than a single group for each conversion. Each group (under Windows) is a NUMA node and some workstations have the ability to split NUMA nodes.
Perhaps it could be an option?
