I'm having trouble converting files
i am using the latest version
I have tried many times also changing the settings but it keeps giving me errors

This problem happened to me too - the cause for me is too many subtitles (.SRT). You need to remove most of the subtitles and keep only the languages you need.

the problem was really the subtitles
