7.0.0.69 Not Working at All

All of a sudden, the program won't work at all. Attached are 4 different log files. Please note that these are all video files that I was able to successfully burn to DVD with ConvertXtoDVD 7.0.0.69 last week! I have tried reinstalling ConvertXtoDVD, clearing cache, etc., but nothing remedies the issue.
Please let me know what you suggest. Thank you.

Hi there,

I may be 100% wrong, but were you ever successful converting files from File "C:\Users\mbern\Desktop\ ?

I have never used my "Desktop" to have files.

Humour me, copy the files in another folder D:\Data or E:\Videos and try it from there.

It's what *I* would try :)

Has anything else change on your computer lately (New patches, new software installed ? )

When you re-installed v7.0.0.69 did you select to delete all [X] Delete Installation folder etc... ?
[X] make sure you have your RegKey available to you also delete all the registry keys...

I almost always save video files to my desktop. Once I burn them to DVD, I delete them.

Yes, I selected to delete all

I was just able to convert and burn the same files to DVD using a program called Aimersoft DVD Creator, so this issue definitely lies with ConvertXtoDVD.

Could you try a clean/fresh install of our last version:

Please check all three cleaning options. (see attached screenshot)

I wound up installing a program called Aimersoft DVD Creator and it works perfectly.
