converts only 95%

Hi,I have many dvd's and I want to convert them to my computer, then to an external hard drive to preserve them .Every time I try to convert a disc it stops on94/ 95% keeps idle for a long period, I have to cancel the process. what I'm doing wrong?

Hello,
Are you using the last version of DVD Converter?
With no-copyrighted DVDs, or removed protection?
Did you try with an external burner?

Hi, I'm using the latest version of DVD converter, all my dvd's are not copy protected, I can copy as many DVD's with any limitations, and yes I used another burner and happens the same. I'm using windows 10 operating system that makes a lot of changes in copying making our burners sometimes useless.

Could you try a clean/fresh install of our last version:

Please check all three cleaning options. (see attached screenshot)

Hi, I deleted the preview version, install the one recommended start another conversion. the dvd was all converted to my harddrive only it has a watermark,cause I use the trial version(no license); made another conversion this time registered and stops on 92, idle and the burner start doing a grinding noise, disc not spinning, have to cancel the prosses. same issue.?? why ok using trial version not so on registered.
