I purchased Convert X to DVD Version 7 from VSO Website a few months ago. But today after I burned a movie onto disc I saw this message. I don't understand. I'm told that I only have a trial version. I submitted my e-mail address and waited. Now I have (it seems) an extended trial version. I have already paid for the full version - no restrictions - so why am I being told this ? See screenshot.

Have you copied/pasted the key on the ENTER LICENSE KEY box? (Help menu)

No I didn't do that, I entered my e-mail address instead which was the other option. Now the original on-screen error doesn't appear because I have an extended trial version. But as I said I should have the full version.
Do I now have to wait until the extended trial version expires ?

I've tried to contact you via a PM but without success. I clicked on your name but that's as far as I can get. It won't let me type anything in. Anyhow, the last time I commented here I was sent an extended trial version of Convert X To DVD Version 7 instead of the FULL no limitations version which as I've said I've already PAID for. Surely that fact exists somewhere on your records.
I starting to feel that maybe VSO just keep on giving customers trial versions in the hope that they just keep paying for license keys over and over.
Please see screenshots and please sent me a link to the full version which is fully paid for and NOT another trial version.

I've just answered you. We do not have any record of your email on our database. Could you please provide email used for purchase, date/proof of purchase, key or order number so we can find your VSO account. As soon as I get your license account we'll be able to sort it out :)

The license key you sent me a month or so ago was 9513 but that only gave me a trial extension. What happens if I buy the product again ? Another trial period ? Yet another trial extension ? Is that how you people work ?

How did you get a version a month ago? I have no record of any correspondence with your email.
Meaning that if you received a link from our robot, you should be able to find at least one of the info I need to help you out ♥
