burned DVD does not allow to select audio or subt language?

my dvd is working ok playing disks recorded before with xtodvd 5.

I convert and record to a dvd a xtodvd 7 project with 2 films.
both films have two audio and two subtitles each

when I try to play the new xtodvd7 DVD project ( two audio and two subtitles each) the screen opens all right ,, showing two lines,, for each film.
when I click over any title, instead of going to the screen showing audio and subtitles selection, it goes directly to the start of the selected film, and plays then all-right.
But I don't have the chance to select audio and subtitles language.

have carefully looked to the configuration options of xtodvd project and did not find any parameter connected to this estrange behavior.
