BUG: Customize Menu Duration
Posted: Sun Nov 29, 2020 1:53 pm
The default setting is:
When I create a DVD menu, I always set the 'duration of Title menu pages' like this:
As you see, 'Intro' and 'Outro'are both set to: 00:00:00:000
The 00:03:22:423 is the 'loop section' and is a song that I use for the a
project I am working at this moment.
So this can vary depending of the lenght of the audio file I use.
Like this:
When I do a simulation, the menu works fine and when I check
the menu for bugs there are none.
So far so good, but after conversion the menu doesn't work.
I can't select a episode to start because I can't highlight any of the episodes.
Sound is there and I can see the episodes but I can't select a episode.
Tested the menu with PowerDVD, PopcornHour C-200 and Dune HD Pro 4K II.
After many hours I figured out what the bug is.
In the 'Customize menu duration' the Intro and Outro values can't be set to 00:00:00:000
When I set the Intro and Outro values to 00:00:00:001 the menu workes fine:
Have created the same menu in ConvertXtoHD and there I can set the Intro and Outro
values to 00:00:00:000 and the menu works fine after conversion
Obvious it a bug in ConvertXtoDVD 7.0.0.73
