corrupted movies - integrated graphics enabled

Hello, using my Ryzen 2400g processor, rendering with its integrated graphics enabled, all videos and movies are corrupted, does this happen to everyone or is it just some incompatibility with my configuration?
when i had intel it was the same thing, with the integrated graphics, everyone got corrupted
