Are you talking about the one ConvertXtoDVD adds after your trial period has expired? If so, buying and entering your license should do that. If you still get that watermark after entering your license, that's something tech support needs to know.


If you mean remove a watermark that was already existing in a video file, like say the old DIVX logo that used to appear in some older DIVX files, then, no, I can't think of a way CXD can remove those.

I bought a license to use ConvertXtoDVD7 about a week ago after trying it out and being pleased with the results.
But today, a video I uploaded has the message 'Buy an unlock key to convert without this message' written on it a few times throughout the video.
How do I get rid of this, since I've never had this happen before?

Tech support will have to help you with that. Sometimes, the licenses don't apparently get registered on the server end. The software apparently thinks the key is not valid.

Or uninstall and install again. Make sure you have internet on.
