[Downloader 5] Duplicate files

Is there a way to see if I am downloading a duplicate file? It will download the duplicate and change a number on the year in the title?? I have another program that has a pop up that says "you already have that file,do you want to overwrite it?" Is there a setting for that? I looked but couldn't find one.

Downloader 6 improve a lot duplicate and unreadable fragments detection.
There's still border cases where false positives cannot be avoided, but it's a great enhancement compared to Downloader 5
