ConvertxToDVD Frames Per Second FPS slow

why is it that after i have clicked and added a video file to for converting, the track time does not start from 00:00:00, but at times skips and starts as 00:01:38 ??
Please assist me, anyone...am using the 7.0.0.26 version..

Have you tried updating to 7.0.0.69, the last gold release or tried the 7.0.0.73 beta version? There are reasons to stay on older 7.x versions, though. For instance, there's an audio out of sync issue on menus in some of the newer versions.
