problem with convertxtodvd 7

Hello, the converter does not let me finish the process, when it takes approximately 95%, the following message appears "conversion canceled by the user", since I have not canceled anything, the conversion stops automatically, also it does not let me change the destination where the files will be stored, it only lets me save them in the documents folder. I hope you can help me as I pay for this product.

I once had this issue and it was traced to the subtitle track, upon deletion of the subtitle the issue was resolved. Have a look at my previous post: viewtopic.php?f=56&t=21667&hilit=conver ... y+the+user

As to the OP's second issue, changing the output destination, do you mean if you change the setting in Default Settings --> Global Settings --> General --> Working Folder, your VIDEO_TS is not saved to that folder?

Now you can see the link correctly. I was able to solve the problem, apparently the program had a problem with one of the videos in the project, I have the conversion in two steps activated, the first conversion did not have any problem, but in the second conversion the video presented problems and it did not let me finish the process
