Resulting VIDEO_TS files badly pixelated.

Resulting VIDEO_TS files are badly pixelated. See attached images. The app has been working very well with no problems but suddenly it has rendered 2 movies in a row with grayness and pixelation. I assumed the first one was because there was something wrong with the original file (although it looked fine playing on VLC) but now a second movie has come out with the same problem. I have not changed any settings in ConvertX. Is it possible to tell from the attached images what has gone wrong and what I need to do to get ConvertX to work properly again?

Those look like way too compressed, what is total filesize?
Or better, post conversion log please.

Are these pixelated VIDEO_TS results played when you open VIDEO_TS.IFO from a hard drive or when you play a DVD disc you've burned the VIDEO_TS to? If it's a disc, it could be a poor playback compatibility with lower quality media, if you're using that.

Original file is an MKV Video File and is 2,574,437 KB. It's not a DVD issue. The pixelated video is what I see when I go to the VIDEO_TS folder and play one of the files in VLC. Here is the log file:

RonWall,
Your video file has h265 codec, unfortunately ConvertX programs don't support this codec yet.
We are working on adding it.

In the meantime, try this. Install a piece of freeware called AVIDeMux. Load this input file you're having pixelation on it and save it with a different Video codec. Don't use Copy. Try x264. Those seem to work for me. Save the resulting output file, which given it appears to be a Blu-Ray rip of about 2 GB will probably take some time to convert. Then, try that new output file and see if it results in pixelation again.

VSO has also a tool called h265 Converter for making videos compatible with our ConvertX series. It converts from h265 to h264.
But it is not on the new website yet, I will post the link here as soon as it is added.

dbminter, I followed the procedure you detailed and it worked fine with one of the two problem movies. Thank you so much.
I converted the other film with AVIDeMux in the same way but when I put it into ConvertX it resulted in a VTS file that was only about 3 minutes long so no joy there. Not a problem. I was able to find a different copy of that movie which worked fine with ConvertX.
I really appreciate the help here.

CXD sometimes does not properly fully import the complete duration of a file. I've generally only seen it on .VRO files, though.
