Had to do a clean install just a few days ago which it didn't work properly. So I had to do a 'clean' install of windows 11 on my desktop pc 'again. Everything is working fine except for this issue of the 'key' not being accepted.
Suggestions on how to fix please.
Thanks in advance

Hello Eddie,

normally you should contact support to have a key reset, but it seems that there is no one at this company anymore who takes care of anything. It seems to me that this company doesn't even exist anymore...!?

Well that's not good. I'll give it a few days, and if no response then I will have to look for a different program.

Do you, by chance, have any suggestions?

And thanks for replying.

Hi

Have you tried putting in the e-mail address you got the product with? I have had to use that method several times over the years and it worked for me.

@Robert
Tried your suggestion. Didn't work.
If the company no longer exists then it's going to be a challenge to find a good replacement. ConvertXtoDVD really worked for me, been using it for years. Lifetime license, Maybe that was/is their mistake.

Tried doing a quick search on Google for a replacement, free or otherwise, couldn't find one.
Thanks for replying

Hello everyone. I have received a message from VSO support and they have fixed "my issue". ConvertXtoDVD is now working on my PC. They told me that to 'fix' this type of issue I must "uninstall" ConvertXtoDVD the right 'way'.

Actually I have 'never' tried to uninstall the program, but now I know the right way.

Thanks everyone for your support.
