HELP! Menu Glitches When Playing Blu Ray

Sooo whenever I cconvert a Project, everything goes right
all the videos come out great, Subtitles are always wrong
but i know this software isnt the best for subtitles, but anyways
My main problem is the menu. When I play the blu ray i burnt
the menu sorta glitches or bounces a bit, you can still select
the episodes and go to next chapter but the picture or background
I choose Bounces or Glitches. Any type of image png, jpeg, ecct
Any menu Structure (open, series, movie) even when I create my
own Menu Template, the image skips (bounces / glitches)
