Burned DVDs problem 7.5.0.134

Hello,
I have this strange problem with burned DVDs that began after I updated my convertxtodvd to version 7.5.0.134 (64bit). My previous version was 7.0.0.83 (32bit). I already wrote about this problem to VSO support, but we still haven't been able to figure this out. So I thought to post this here to see if anyone had this problem before or could figure what's the problem.
There is a picture stuttering on every burned DVD when I play it in my LG DVD player (but only with DVDs that I burned after installing this new 64bit version of convertxtodvd). It's not the type of stuttering like when DVD media did not burn well or when DVD player's laser doesn't work well or when the disc is scratched, it's just when you watch the film and for example camera moves whole picture stutters badly all the time, like it's in slow motion, so it's completely unwatchable. Conversion and burning process completes normaly, there is no error report. I always use the same DVD media Verbatim DVD-r, and I never had this problem with previous versions of convertxtodvd. And I'm pretty sure there is no issue with my DVD burner because it's fairly new and it always burned perfectly until I installed this new version. I always burn on 4x speed. It occured to me that a few years back I converted and burned x265 video and it had the same issue with picture stuttering, so I never tried that again and since then I burn only x264 videos. Regarding my LG DVD player, I tried DVDs that I burned like a month ago with previous version of convertxtodvd and they all work perfectly fine in my DVD player. VSO support suggested that I try playing these stuttering DVDs in my PC and it seems that they work fine in it. So I really can't figure what's the problem here, because if there is some issue with my DVD player wouldn't all DVDs have the same problem and not just the ones that I burned with this new version of convertxtodvd?
Thanks.
Best regards.
